Bank looking to make legal proceedings in 28 days

wrote a post a while back regards bank lookingFor me to hand back property voluntarily  on Ebook.
Basically I agreed to pay x amount back each month and the branchAgreed to this. Now the head office have issued me a letterStating that they will take legal proceeding against Myself and my wife. They said in the letter in 28 days wet signature signed as the amount of money were paying each month is unsustainable For the mortgage. Now the money I'm paying back is by no means a small amountAnd I am paying each month never miss it also it's a familly home with children.  so although I'm trying to keep a cool head it's alot of stress. I will be ringing the law society during the week as the bank they are not taking my home.
My question has anybody or is anybody going through this how are they dealing with it.
I've signed up to the common law society web page and am awaiting approval. As I said I'm paying a mortgage the bank just want more from me at this time like alot of people I don't have that spare money.
Is their any advice or literature I can study up on I want to fight this I'm just looking for a steering in the right direction.

Stay strong ( I know it is hard as I have faced down the State so I know the stress of it) You will come out of this more aware of your own power, keep going, facing these bastards down is the only way, but they will fight back, persistence is the key, break them first!

I read that article very interesting. If I did loose my home
And they came out for the remainder I tell them to swing for it 
Lol take your home of you and put you on the street and want more money
Their mad.

We would have all been better off if the banks failed
Has anyone here benefiting from the banks getting money from the people 
To keep them going. All I can gather is now they have more money to come after everyone who bailed them out

It is a sick system, Liam! The thing is that people in general are realizing this in growing numbers, look at the house tax protests! This government will not see a full term and the banks will fail. We should not see this as a problem, rather it should rightly be seen as an opportunity.  Do you have a real debt to the bank? Can they give you the paperwork? If they can not prove the debt, then there is no debt! The whole property market has been perverted by government and bankers, they rely on the human failing of greed. People thought their homes were increasing in value, this never happens, like a car homes depreciate  because they have to have little jobs done and some of those jobs can be expensive. We need new gutter and we are saving to do the job, and we will do this ourselves with help from a friend.

In the end the government are detached from reality, (as are the banks) therefore they are not real, they are an illusion, a powerful one I will agree, yet still an illusion, you are real, stand your ground!

A sick system which the people can only cureWith a united stance. The media are the undoingof the people there should be more coverage moreInformation. The current system cannot go on as is.You are right politicians and bankers are in each others pockets.They live in another world financed by us. A complete mortgage and Workers strike is called for. Liam the guys on ebook are the best to advise you on this matter particularly Gabriel Donohue, Brian Nolan and Darrell. Ask them, they know best. If you feel this bank or baliffs will actually come to your house and throw you out I advise lock the house securley with heavy duty dead bolts, video if they approach. If you feel the need, I will come to your house to stand with you if you are in Leinster. You would need to know when they are coming. It may come down to actural numbers of people there are more of us than them however most are asleep.
