Currently facing the prospect of disconnection of electricity (so early response will be welcomed)
Bill has remained unpaid for 2 years and ESB have been held at bay by a notice removing any implied right of access to the land and a fee schedule should they do so. They have also be advised of the threat to life health under the EU human right.
However they are making noises of disconnection again and I have no finance to pay. Eastern Health Board said they wont help. SO what if any are the options?
Any advice on these?
Perhaps sending a small cheque as my offer to settle the bill forming a contract if the cash it. Any advice on wording?
Perhaps instructing Michael Noonan to settle the remitances?
Perhaps offering them 1 euro per week to stay in honour, would that be best ?
Advice urgently required while the lecky remains on :)
