Fixed Penalty Notice - Speeding Ticket - Advice Needed

Hi all,

Just received a FPN for alleged 74 kph in a 60kph zone.
It has photo of number plate taken from one of their new vans.

Any advice on how to proceed would be most welcome.

Was thinking of going the NCRTS route??

its early days yet as to know exactly what to do with these as they are only recently started. Returning it seems best as its statue act. Use this on label RETURN TO SENDER, I DO NOT RECOGNISE YOU,I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR INTENT, I DO NOT HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL TREATY WITH YOU, NO CONTRACT, NO ASSURED VALUE, NO LIABILITY. You could try using A4V, this is demonstrated by Ben Lowrey on a parking ticket.

Don't bother your arse looking at Ben Lowreys material - he's a clown, that believes in all that commercial redemption bullshit, and that includes A4V.

As you said, send it back to them NCRTS - it's easy and non-time consuming

A4V is going into their world and rules and I havent seen anyone that can say it works so why bother. Keep it simple RTS
