Freedom Bus Update: Man being held in claremorris police stn. Pepper sprayed and assaulted last night. Big hue and cry across the movement!

Seemingly being held under legislation relating to 'Public Service' vehicles-which its not. Police giving little information.

Man still Kidnapped .... in Claremorris Garda Station - 094 937 2080

The Man that the “Gardaí” have abducted and are unlawfully still holding in Claremorris Garda station, has been a prisoner now for in excess if 12 hours. They blatantly denied him access to lawful consultation or legal advise, over 10 times. Early in the proceedings, the arresting Garda Peter Sarsfield refused to identify himself as the arresting Garda and would not answer any questions. (Peter Sarsfield MY188). The booking in Garda, Garda Ann Hoban – MY177, miscounted the money that was in the mans wallet, by quite a substantial amount, and when the man asked for a recount, she initially refused … in other words she tried to rob the man. They have unlawfully impriosened the man and harassed & cajoled him solidly for 12 hours+. They have even used the recent passing of his father in the mix of their interrogations. The Man they have kidnapped has not given a name, and not signed any charge sheet. They are attempting to charge the man with “refusing to give & address” when requested. … Contrary to Section 82 road traffic act 1961 as amended By section 7 of Dublin transport authority (Dissulotion). Act, 187 & Section 102 road traffic act 1961 as amended By section 18 of the road traffic act 2006. Nobody knows or understands what this means … They are now threatening to bring him to Harristown District Court in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon for a sitting for 11am this morning. This is what he & we have been told. Please keep calling the Claremorris Garda station and please do attend the Court. Mayo and specifically the Claremorris Garda have a woeful human rights record. They have already trespassed on private property, have assaulted, kidnapped and unlawfully imprisoned this man. This is what happens to you when you attempt to educate The people of Ireland, the Garda make an attempt on your Life and steal the Freedom Bus. Yes they have stolen YOUR FREEDOM BUS!!! The Claremorris Garda Station number is : 094 937 2080 They will take your calls right now …

S82 – refers to PUBLIC SERVICE vehicles e.g. Bus’s and Taxis etc. That section covers matters re: licences, specified FEES, conduct of drivers and passengers, and the conditions of the vehicle – but it is for specified type of vehicles – i.e. those in ‘public service’ – to my knowledge the bus is PRIVATE and therefore cannot be a ‘public service vehicle’, however – under (8) the burden of proof is on the accused to show he did not receive ‘reward’ for his services.

“s.82 (8) Where a mechanically propelled vehicle is used for the carriage of eight or more persons who are not in the employment of the owner of the vehicle, they shall, until the contrary is shown, be deemed to be carried in the vehicle for reward”

s.7 of the Dublin Transport Auth relates to ‘Laying of orders before the oireachtas’ and I cannot see how this relates to or what has been amended by it, any more information on that?

s.102 (as amended by s.18 of the 2006 Act) refers to the penalties i.e. what is to be paid in a fine in the event of an ‘offence’.

Now…backtrack a little – they can only ‘fine’ where there has been a valid ‘offence’ as mandated by legislation. Therefore, we need to find out what part of s82 he is being held under, is it a licence issue? Is it regarding vehicles employed in ‘public services’? If it is relating to (8) and if it possible to show that he was acting in a ‘private capacity’ i.e. not a ‘public service vehicle’ under that ACT this may be enough to negate and quash the charge in a legal sense?

Well may I add my two cents worth. I've had this discussion going back months ago in relation to the system. I'm talking about the time Billy B was jailed and when Kev's court case was called in his absence, when in fact it wasn't called at all, and he ended up in jail as a result of that.

My conclusion to all of this was simple... corruption. The system, including politicians, civil servants, gardaí, court officials et all don't giving a flying fook about our rights or grievances when we bring them to their attention. Not only are we ignored, we are often mocked, ridiculed and severely punished in doing so.

So that leads me to question, why do we even bother? I don’t mean that to sound as some sort of a cop out. I mean, why are we taking this particular route when dealing with the system when it quite clearly doesn't work? It can't work because the system is gamed up to ensure it doesn't work in our favour.

Some people will respond and say that our constitution is there to protect us and even certain legalese acts are also there for our benefit. Well two things I want to say about that.

1. Our constitution for most parts is rubbish. As soon as it grants us certain rights, you can be sure that the next article quite clearly allows for those rights to be taken away; all of course for social justice and the common good you see......don't make me laugh.
2. Just because something is written down on a piece of paper, doesn’t mean our rights are guaranteed. In fact, something written down and the same thing applied in the real world, are two totally different things. Do your research on reasonable cause for stop and search for example.
So what can we do?

First, disengage as much as po
ssible from the system. If you’re dependent on social welfare or other entitlements, begin to wean yourself off them slowly but surely. Pay as little as possible in taxes as you can. Learn how to become more sufficient, grow your own, recycle, buy second hand. Of course all where practical and possible.

Second, Learn about the system and how it works. Try and find its flaws and weaknesses and then use those to work in your favour. This will include not only learning about common law and our flawed constitution but also.... and I dare say it.... legalese stuff as well. Yes, as I said earlier, the system is corrupt but let’s try and turn its own corruption in on itself.

Thoughts and suggestions welcomed.
Cheers!
Mickey that's what I said/insinuated all along. Use their documents so you won't get harassed by cops, and if they accuse you of breaking their rules, write back to them asking for evidence/contract that at the time of the alleged offence you were a government employee or public trustee. Provided you didn't sign anything, they can't provide the evidence/contract.. No evidence/contract = No fine.. That's not to say they won't bring you to court and find out whether you know your stuff or not

Ok, so here are my thoughts for what they are worth.

Almost 10 years ago I happened across a book called "The Biggest Secret" by a Mr. David Icke.
Now 10 years ago there was barely any internet worth talking about, no alternative sites, no freeman
sites, nothing. Can you imagine the reaction I got when I told people what was in the book??? And I
didn't even mention about the lizards and I still had people thinking I was totally mad.

Now that much of what Icke was talking about then is starting to come true, people are more willing
to listen and do not think I am totally mad. However, as most of us have to use the system on a day to
day basis to eat, work, live, etc, the problem now as I see it is that most people now realise what a big
scam the whole thing is but they are too afraid to admit it to themselves, because they can see no
alternative being offered by anyone, that would ensure safety for them and their families.

It is simply fear of the unknown.

So what do I do now?

Firstly I try to explain to as many people as I can what is going on with banks, politics, media etc.
I do not get into big discussions or fights with them anymore - it's less stressful for me that way.
I ask them questions?

What has Enda Kenny and his gang done that is different to the last gang of clowns?
Do you really believe an OAP in a cave in Afghanistan could bring down the towers?
What about building 7, check out loose change on youtube.
What solutions do they have?

Now what this does is get people to think. The more people that ask questions the better.
Things will only change when enough people know what is really going on.

So what about the freeman stuff???

Like everything else it depends on your situation. You may decide to go all out with it (best of
luck if you do, I envy you, really) or you may take a more al a carte approach like I do.

I decide on a case by case basis. Sometimes I a get a shit letter from some company and will
argue with a call centre for half an hour (stressful) but most often I will smoke a cig, think about
it and bin the letter (no stress). I decide on the ultimate outcome I want on a case by case basis
and then decide if getting that outcome is worth the price I have to pay (stress, time, money, family).

At this stage I am fully convinced that this is all a game, we are all one and if we mess it up this
time around we can always come back and do it over again, just do it different. "it's just a ride" -
Bill Hicks.

My best advice is to try and enjoy it as best you can.

Fight the system on a case by case basis if you think it is worth it - if not don't.

Look for the simple solutions - "the official offer" for the banks, simple, no stress,
gives you time to research other options.
NCRTS for government bodies, tickets, fines etc, simple, no stress.
Share whatever info you have with others, simple, easy.

Do whatever you think is best for you and your family at the time.
If things don't work out, do something different.

Whatever you do try to enjoy it as best as possible.

"Ultimately Nothing Matters"

Rgds,

Mick.
Eoghan first: At last I'm beginning to see a bit more clearly. I understand that the whole thing is a process over time to chip away at the system, which has its own risks, but nothing ventured nothing gained. I'll look at that link later.

Mossy: There is a great deal of straight forward thought in your post, plus of course the actual experiences of billy B and Kev, which are factual events. It all boils down to me having no trust, belief, or confidence in the twisted system. I see it getting worse, more draconian, more biased towards the working classes. I agree that the Constitution is rubbish, before this I always believed it to be a foundation to all other legislation. Your last paragraph is to say the least a little bit daunting. E.g This will include not only learning about common law and our flawed constitution but also.... and I dare say it.... legalese stuff as well. Just have a quick look at the Road Traffic Act 2010 amendments, to see what I mean. If they missed something in one section they get it in the next. It's so complicated that I doubt many Gardai would be well read in it.

Finally Mossy are we approaching all of this from the most beneficial direction by turning its own corruption in on itself. There is a lot of study, and possible heartbreak in this method, I just wonder is there another way.

Finally onto Mick: Your approach is very wise. You take it as it presents itself which I think is possibly a good middle of the road approach, because I am of the opinion that the Gardai in the cities treat everyone as a scumbag, while in rural parts things are a little less harsh, but there will always be one provocateur at any checkpoint, and he/she is young belligerent and more often female. Now that statement might just provoke a response, but that is my experience, and I make no apologies for that.
I would state that the vast majority on this site now know that the whole setup is a game, and I think that we've got to get that message across to the Gardai who were brainwashed in Templemore, and have terrible big egos as a result.
There are so many different methods out there, some good, some not so good, but we can always try again if we fail as you said. I do believe that we should enjoy life as much as we can, and while doing so, don't take everything a Garda says as gospel, we are just ruled by fear.
Good post from you all, it's a good debate as each of us have our own opinions. I am going to look at the link that Eoghan directed me to, just to check where, when, and how successes were gained.
Mick:

I like your suggestion of a-la-carte approach. When I established myself as a Freeman I went all out, head over heels.

Do I regret it? No - that's a wasteful emotion. But if could turn the clock back I would not do it again like that - I'd chop things up in bite-size portions, dealing with them on a case by case basis. Less stress that way! Hindsight is such a wondeful thing, isn't it?

I also agree with your playful approach. The whole of life is a game: play hard, play to win but in the end it does not matter whether you win or lose - as long as you did your best and as long as you played honourably.
Perfect Bernard, win, lose or draw it does not matter, do your best, remain in honour and enjoy it.

I would advise anyone new to this to think of it as if they wanted to be a Surgeon. They would sign
up to seven years of medical school. On day one nobody is going to ask you or expect you to do
an open heart surgery. You may be asked to fill in a patient questionaire or insert a line for a drip
but not a full surgery.

Anyone new to this should consider it "Freeman School". On day one you are not expected to
debate with a Judge in the High Court. You can start off with the module on "speeding tickets &
parking fines" if you wish, or take the lesson on "tv license" or maybe start the "correspondence
course in banking". The choice is yours, after all it is "freeman school" and you are free to choose.

When you graduate you are still not required to debate with the Judge, you can if you wish, it is
your choice, you are free to choose what you want, you are a freeman.

Rgds,

Mick.
Bernard you gave a great resume of your methods on the wordpress site. This was very well explained, the whys, and hows. I would recommend it as essential reading in the freeman classroom.
I wonder why, we in this country always seem to be less successful in even getting as far as you have got. I wonder are our laws more harsh, or is it our approach that is wrong.
Why in your opinion did the Irish guy end up in jail for asking for the judges oath last week, I think you may have commented on it, but I think nobody explained it.
I will return to that site to learn more, please keep posting on it, and I wish you and your wife continued and expanding Freemanship.
If u wanna hit newpapers, go to fancy dress shop nx time! no better way to get all this out there that an unexpected clown or 2 turning up.Or U could nail me up outside:)
Read most of them today Eoghan, and pretty good and informative they are. Perhaps we are all in trusts, and that is how they can ignore the constitution, and throw us in jail. Maybe this is a way we could turn the evil in on itself. Anyone research trusts in Ireland?

also this, there is a lot of reading but if you get bored scroll down and you will see the money they were making back then!!!!Makes a man wonder why they would not expand it????
Just was thinking that this might interest you
UNDER THE COMMON LAW, HOWEVER, NO PERSON IS LEGALLY OBLIGED TO BE KNOWN BY THE NAME(S) CONTAINED IN THEIR BIRTH ENTRY. AN ADULT (OR THE PARENT(S) OF A MINOR) MAY CHANGE NAME BY USAGE AND REPUTE. IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, A DEED POLL MAY BE SWORN OUT AS EVIDENCE OF THE CHANGE. A DEED POLL CANNOT BE USED TO AMEND THE BIRTH ENTRY BUT IT CAN BE PRESENTED ALONG WITH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS EVIDENCE OF CHANGE OF NAME AND IS ACCEPTABLE FOR LEGAL AND PRACTICAL PURPOSES (SCHOOL, PASSPORTS, ETC.)
Found that on a gov site, but i have also found that if you are not registered at birth then you cant go to the schools get a medical card, all that kind of crap, But it seems if you are not registered then you cant get the benefits??? would it be because you are not A BENEFICIARY???
