Revenue??

Hi anyone here ever tackle the Irish revenue?

 

I heard they're not to be messed with unless you know what your doing, and that it could really blow up in your face!

 

Looks like i might have a situation i need to deal with soon!!

Same with myself Kieran. Revenue are after me and sending the attack squads out.

 

If it's threats to send the sheriff around and if you're self employed then you'll find that as of this week, hundreds of self employed people have received 7-day notices from the revenue. They are seriously clamping down on the little people now.

I was self employed up to a couple years ago, owed them a few bob which of course doubled when they added their interest and penalties!! have been paying them something but can't anymore, so you can imagine their response.

 

I don't expect much help from solicitors and the like, so not sure if I should just throw my hands in the air and at the mercy of a judge!! or go the freeman route.

 

either way, I wont be paying another penny!
