Hi Folks,

Any one know much about the septic tank registration.

If you register are you granting access to your land to government officials/The environmental protection agency.

If you dont register and a government official/The environmental protection agency
inspector calls can you give a notice of removal of implied access.

Unless a Law has been broken, I can't see how they can have access to your land without your consent.
Always have a notice on the gate that clearly states there is no right of access, without your consent.
