Hows it going lads, have solicitors harassing me on behalf of o2, basic run down of the story is I asked o2 to reduce my tariff to the lowest tariff before porting my number to 3 mobile, now they're saying I owe them 1800 euro because I had 11 months left on both handsets and cancellation fee of 50 euro per month per phone. I have asked o2 for my contract which they said they don't have, and don't have to produce it as per terms and conditions. The solicitors letter isn't signed by anyone just the company stamp, so who do I write the letters to, to get them in tacit. There seems to be 4 director names on the bottom of the letter will I write to all them? Any suggestions or template letters would be good.

It sounds like they are being deliberately vague with you (corporate and distant), in not giving you a copy of your signed contract with them.
I would like to hear from other members here whether asking again for your contract is a good idea. If they cannot show you where you owe them money, then how are you obliged to pay? I am not well versed in the freeman methods yet.
That letter with no signature is a bit of a laugh aswel. Unless it was so important they all had to write it. ??

I Had a bill like yours for 3 phone's from o2,myself and younger brothers had the phones but for some reason my bank details were on all 3 !.i just asked for an itemised bill for my number and i never heard from them again, and that was about 3 years if not more .
