Third - Fluoride Notice Served! (Updated)
Hello all, I've just sent a notice via registered post to the secretary general for the department of Health and Children in relation to water fluoridation. Here's the copy - 14 days to reply.

Notice of Distress with Order for Clarification:-
Dear Sir,
It is my understanding that Hydrofluorsilic Acid (aka Fluoride) has been added to Ireland’s Water Supply since the early 1960’s and that the reason given by the Government at the time was to improve dental health care in Ireland and lower Decayed, Missing & Filled Teeth Rates (DMFT).
This became ‘mandatory legislation’ as opposed to ‘enabling legislation’ meaning the Men and Women of Ireland did not have a choice and in fact were not even asked if they wanted this chemical added to the water supplies. It is noted in the Oireachtas Draft Report on Water Fluoridation (1999) that Mr. Paddy Murray, Assistant Secretary to the Minister for health raised these concerns at the time (1958) deeming mandatory legislation as ‘un-constitutional’.
It is my assumption that the Government of the day decided to go ahead with this anyway as they felt the Dental Hygiene of Irish Men and Women to be more important than protecting their inalienable and invincible rights under the Constitution. They may have been acting with good intentions based on the information available to them at the time. However in this current day we have more information pertaining to fluoride of water which suggests that it is in fact detrimental to our Health and should not be added.
Putting the negative health implications aside for a moment, DMFT levels in countries which have fluoridated water do not show any considerable difference to those without fluoride. In some cases DMFT levels are higher in Fluoridated countries. This further suggests that the Fluoridation of water does not benefit our teeth and only shows that dental health care has generally improved, much like our general health care.
It is my understanding that modern research regarding water fluoridation including independent research, research conducted by the World Health Organisation and research in China states, among other things, that excessive ingestion of fluoride can accumulate in the brain, permanently lowering IQ. While conducting my own research on this I discovered that the first time Fluoride was used in water was by the Nazis, on the Jews in Hitler’s concentration camps. The reason it was added then was to keep the inmates ‘docile’. Fluoride is a common ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons, anaesthetics, hypnotics, psychiatric drugs and military nerve gas.
It is my understanding that the Fluoride added to Irelands water supply is in actuality a by-product from the waste of the fertilizer industry in Holland. It is not ‘natural’ fluoride and would be costly to dispose of. The Irish Government and therefore the Men and Women of Ireland are paying for this toxic chemical, which has no proven health benefits, to be added to their water.
Please note this quote from the World Health Organisations website: “Benefits of water fluoridation are over-stated. Tooth brushing with toothpaste and diets low in sugar are the true oral health solutions. There is no need to fluoridate the water supply”.
I herby state that Politicians are representatives of the people and have a duty to serve the people according the peoples wishes. The Men & Women of Ireland were not consulted on this matter and were not asked for their consent. I hereby state to you that I do not consent. I stand on the belief that fluoridated water is not only harmful to our health it is an attack on our well being and a violation of our God given inalienable rights. I reserve my right to bodily integrity and put it to you that failing to give the Men & Women of Ireland a choice in this matter is an infringement on our rights. You have given us no choice but to drink this contaminated ‘water’ and your failure to remedy this situation holds you all culpable.
As you might gather I am quite distressed regarding this matter and I am writing to you to engage in dialogue, seek clarification and remedy.
1. Explain how fluoride being added to the water is a benefit to teeth if water is instantly ingested?
2. What are the medical effects of ingesting fluoride?
3. Outline the reasons why the Government of Ireland believed Mandatory Legislation was necessary in spite of its un-constitutional nature?
4. Did the Government of Ireland do any practical medical or scientific research on this matter before making the decision to add fluoride to the water supplies? If so please outline the details.
5. Has the Irish Government conducted any research that leads them to say unequivocally and without doubt that fluoridated water is not harmful to the people of Ireland in any way?
6. Has the Irish Government taken any steps in response to any modern scientific research which suggests that fluoride is harmful to our health or have they been negligent in that respect? If so please outline.
7. What is the approximate annual cost to the Irish People for both the purchase and addition of fluoride to our water?
To re-iterate it is my belief that fluoridated water is detrimental, both to me and my fellow countrymen, is an attack on our health, an infringement on our rights and shows negligence on the part of the Government of Ireland. Failure to respond to any of the above points will further reinforce these beliefs and it would leave me with a duty and no other choice but to take lawful action against you and/or will mean you accept my right to answer these questions myself and then inform you as my representative.

Please respond to the requests in no later than 14 days from the above date via registered post. Responses must be under oath and full commercial liability.

Great notice Richie! Loving the use of the acts! I hope we're starting to get to them, and after witnessing that guy in court today regarding Lisbon myself and Rowan feel that if it did go to court we just might get somewhere with it. And the more on board with it the more powerful our standing will become.

i do not connsent to you or yours poisoning me, my family or my children, you have no right to do so and unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you and your science is 100% correct in your actions then i will seek remedy through the courts to have you removed from the position of power and trust that you have found yourself in,and i will seek remedy for every man woman and child in this land.

Well to date they havn't responded and the fee schedule has been effective since August. Myself, Rowan and Richie have discussed this and we are willing to see it through. I beleive we will have to bring it to the courts and we will be taking steps to do this soon.
Can I just point out that this has absolutley nothing to do with the money and I do not particularly want it, none of us do. Our intention and our wish is to have flouride removed from Irelands water supply. If in the unlikely event that we were awarded money we have discussed that we would then use it to have to water supply cleaned up!!! We will use every tool we have, we will invoke the relevant articles from the original text of the Constitution, We will emphasise the legal and most importantly moral obligations. It might take time as none of us has taken anyone to court, let alone the Government and we will have to do our research.
Again I encourage others on the site to do the same. If you agree with these notices than write and send your own and help the cause along. We may be taking a shot in the dark here but what can we really lose?

I have told them, that they need to prove to me, without a shadow of a doubt, that they are not killing us, with what they are allowing in the water system (remember the word system had the meaning of sewer - hence sewerage system) though we know all the systems that are run are true to the old name, if you think about it.
I think its great that these companies are being exposed. Three valleys water sent me a lil list of about 80 things that are tested for....it still dont say they are not kiling us...so the I will continue, the same as you my friend. I may just copy your letter here and send it to the same guy, what would he do if he got thousands of letter all saying the same, but from many diffrent human beings, I think it is worth a go...I like your style my friend. And thank you and all like you, for helping me to know for sure I am not mad, as I am losing so many so called friends over all this type of thing, but how can we who know, allow this to carry on harming the children of the world in such a horrific manner...Thanks to all who are giving it to the water companies and health ministers.
