Universal commercial Codes Filings in Ireland.
Hi all,
Just wondering is anyone willing to help me out as to whether they have filed their own UCC filings particularly filing interests in person and the like.
I am completely ignorant and really only beginning to learn UCC, etc. I know it amounts to naught from a wealth perspective, but any insights, experience and 101 guides would be helpful. But I do believe that getting notarized UCC filings would stand to you in court if you absolutely had to go.I'm happy not ever to go, but I would rather be looking at UCC filings I had on record rather than nowt and playing dodge the judges Subject Matter Jurisdiction. We all know that plenty of so called Judges are acting illegally, so I would not expect them to even play fair at the jurisdiction level. Legal notarized documents of UCC might distract them for a bit.
