This is a very basic summary of the watercure
thing, there's a good bit missing but this is the crux of it all. You
need a certain amount of water per body weight, a certain amount of
good salt for that amount of water, and the water will flush minerals
out of your body so there are certain minerals you really need to
compensate for. If you don't get these, your body will start to manifest
illnesses. Here is how to find out how much water you need;

Weigh yourself in pounds. Take the number of pounds and
divide it by 2, that's the number of fluid ounces you need per day.
So a 200 pound man needs 100 fluid ounces of water per day. Those
are American fluid ounces so keep that in mind, use
www.onlineconversions.com and click the volume link.

For every 2 pints of water you take you need 1/4 teaspoon of sea
salt. What I do is I use a plastic measuring spoon (metal ones tend
to get rusted by the salt) and I measure my salt into a tiny lunch box
at the start of the day so I don't get too much or too little salt. I
drink water 5 times (just shy of 5 pints) per day so I take roughly
1/5th of my salt with my pint. Don't put the salt in your water just swallow
it. Or you can also put it on your food. Himalayan rock salt and Celtic
sea salt seem to be the best. And contrary to conventional wisdom,
salt doesn't raise your blood pressure, dehydration does that, because
dehydrated blood is so thick the heart has to raise the pressure just to
push that sludge through the veins.

If you want also, and I recommend this, you need calcium, magnesium,
zinc, selenium and potassium. And quite a bit too. The 1st 4 you can
just eat quite a bit of mixed nuts, Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium,
but most nuts give you lots of magnesium, calcium and zinc. The potassium
you can get from bananas and figs.

Do not eat (or drink tea, juice, milk etc) within a half hour of drinking water or
vice versa. And teas/juices don't even count towards your hydration. Just water.
The solids in your tea are treated as nutrients, and the body absorbs them and
dumps the water. It can only absorb solids, or water, not both at the same time,
and if you try make it do both it will choose to the absorb nutrients.

I think that's about all so let me know if there's anything unclear
and I'll hopefully have an answer. Also try these websites;

Also the book 'Your bodies many cries for water' by Dr. F Batmanghelidj is
well worth the read.

Hope this helps.

PS, www.wtercure2.org, click testimonials for an impressive list of illnesses reversed, cured and at very least helped by proper rehydration (as well as vitamin and mineral intake)
