shane anseo.. yep the seymour book is an interesting read and a must have for dreamers and realists.
i've just started course entitled permaculture and i've just embarked on a rollercoaster of a ride.. the course is teaching us everything from wood ecology, organic growing, forest farming, cob building etc etc.. i would strongly advice all to get there hands on a copy of "the earth care manual" by patrick whitefield and the "wood land way" by ben laws. check out bill mollison and if you can get your hands on any of his books go for it.. check out one of his vids on my home page..
growing your own food is by far the biggest and loudest protest one can make, if you doubt my words check out these videos on you tube, the world according to monsanto, codex alimentarius(google video) and food inc.
