all im short is finding the meaning of "the governed",
does it mean you and i or is it one of these things where i only find out the true meaning on the inside of a cell

So anyone with any ideas or experience regarding my post last wed 28th??

whos earth do we stand on
does it belong to the land cert owners, or are they deluded and supported by legality?

so true diane,irish is a foreign language in ireland(my words).
when the corporate enforcers dont even speak real english to us what chance have we of understanding a dead language like irish.

There is a difference in translation and interpretation, two different things! I'm Welsh but have a minimal grasp of the language, but my Dad who was a fluent and regular 'Cymro' told me that the languages are incompatible in reality, the 'meaning' is not the same, so really the Irish version must be the one that stands, however, that relies on good Irish speakers and the way Irish is taught is 'biteing my tounge' bloody dreadful. It is a living language, make it live!

just looking on past latest conversations in september there was some talk on the constitution and i wanted to say something

the Irish language text is what stands as truth in law.
the English language version is much changed in word and tone.
the literal translation is very interesting in comparison.
I believe its a trinity professor that did the translating and comparisons, I've seen it on- line some place.

if your going to quote the constitution in a notice or letter then, look it up just so as to know more clearly what it is your saying.

hi all
my car was parked on some yellow lines before christmas and so some one in a uniform must of regarded this as an invitation to bestow on me a yellow strip of plastic demanding me to pay e40 so that i might learn not to park on town council yellow painted lines.

i kindly returned there strip of plastic and wrote "return to sender. no contract, no international treaty. i do not understand your intent. i do not recognise you", kind of thing!

they then wrote to me to let me know that the rent on yellow painted lines had increased to e80.

i stand by the fact that my car caused no loss to any one while resting in athlone and the only(and i dont mean to sound casual!) harm i cause by using a car is the fossil fuel it/I burns to propel ourselves at high speed about this land.

more letters arrived all returned unopened addresses " RETURN TO SENDER. NO CONTRACT".

so they took my name to court in march and now they must of sprinkled gold into the paint because they want e425.

its a merry game, i do not wish to fund their activities.
so i think its time to ask for them to produce some evidence? such as :-proof that i caused harm, loss, criminal damage.....

any ideas, insights , experiences in this matter,jokes (i need a laugh,who doesnt!)

as a penalty of not paying they will warrant to distrain my goods or for my arrest or both

of course the yellow paint parked upon is long old news and now they have created a new offence for me to ponder upon

but i didnt have a contract with neither athlone town council or district court.!!!!!!

now if i change ownership of car( because otherwise wind screen paper work is in order.keeping it simple and all due respect to you sovereign travellers)if i change ownership out of my name asap then they cannot take it!??

under duress they can arrest me ,iam a peaceful woman.any idea how long they may keep my body away from my family??

anyway all sensible ideas welcome

none of us yet jo, the chap in my vids from england would be worth kkeping a eye on, the seasure of his car is still ongoing
