Interesting Agricultural reports here from around a century ago, they knew about science - much more than we are told they knew

The epub documents are generally smaller than the PDF but require a separate reader program to view them, such as Calibre

1002 Self-Sufficiency and Preparedness eBooks - huge TORRENT
Available at the torrent sites: Torrent Crazy and Bitsnoop
:
You will need a Torrent client like uTorrent (an application that "torrents" all the file pieces from the computers they are stored on, and fixes them together as your download)
Once you have uTorrent, you can search for any subject you want, I recommend torrentz.eu as a search engine.
:
Torrent clients slow down your computer and take up internet bandwidth, remember to Exit them once you have finished downloading. Be nice, get the bill-payer's permission.

Great to hear that books are being found and are useful to people, let us know if there are books and media you cannot get, and maybe someone here can find them and put them up.
