Oh Howard, just so glad to be of some help, and i know you have a great gift, so you will be attacked more, as you try and get lighter, the bastards will always drag you down, keep up the good work, and until all our shadow is clear we need to be there for each other, but please in these times get some lavendar oil, for some reason they can't stand the smell of it, I personally never go to bed without a dap on wrists and ankles as there is fractual codes there and they can fuck something seriously with your head. I feel your one for the future, love and peace, talk soon
