I'm looking to explore how to go about reclaiming title to my legal fiction (strawman). I was on the chat a couple of nights ago and someone gave me your name as somebody who might know where to start. I see from some online research that advice seems to be there for US citizens but I cant find much for Ireland.
what do you think?

Sorry im only getting back to ya now. You can find the oath in the Constitution article 34.5.1 it reads: Article 34.5.1 of Bunreacht na hEireann reads as follows:
"Every person appointed a judge under this Constitution shall make and subscribe the following declaration:
'In the presence of Almighty God I, --------- --------- , do solemnly and sincerely promise and declare that I will duly and faithfully and to the best of my knowledge and power execute the office of Chief Justice (or as the case may be) without fear or favour, affection or ill-will towards any man, and that I will uphold the Constitution and the laws. May God direct and sustain me.'
