hi, yesterday my husband recieved a call by someone identifying himself as a guard , he asked my husband if he owned a scoda and had he overtaken him on a certain road my husband said yes he did and that he thought it was a broken white line , the guard said he was not going to prosecute but would be sending a fine in the post , today however we whent to check and it is a broken white line , no intention of paying this nazi tax , but does any body know if this is legal , sounds dodgy to…
