"Thanks Mossy, If they can get him to court that is lol. I may be wrong, but I think they may have changed the law with regard to what they find now, no matter what the search warrant was actually for, but your right it is something worth looking…"

Hey folks,Was looking for some ideas and opinions on trying to get back medicinal marijuana and other gardening equipment and property that was taken from a home yesterday under a warrant to search for firearms (which is an airsoft rifle) So they had a real lucky bust for themselves! Hi Folks,Was hoping for some advice. I just came home from a hard days work to be met with An Garda Siochana on the property.
