Hi my name is David,
I am British by birth was born in Merton London of Irish parents. Moved to Dublin Ireland in 1971 currently a duel citizen (have both passports)
About 5 years ago I got interested in buying Victorian terraced houses in the North of England.
I had a simple system going where buy houses cheap get them fixed up, put a mortgage on, get my money back and then rent out

Just Ash said… - Thats fair enough David. However, it does not fit in with my understanding. When making seals I will be making and using my own seal for I am sovereign and do not and also would not use a stamp or seal of another. It just doesn't seem very independent to me.
Also remember it is their game you are trying to play! They have to rule book, you are only trying to figure it out. They can also change the rules whenever they want. I think its better not to play their game... If you must play a game, play your own one instead.
However, each to their own.

Just wanted to say, that I know we had a chat and all, but it appears you may already be in contract with the banks regarding this matter. I am not sure of the remedy, but it is my understanding that if you have contracted with them then you do have to pay the debt. Maybe a bit more research wouldn't go a stay!
