UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Ireland has signed the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has the potential to totally remove all authority from parents and to transfer it to the State.

Whose Children?

If you believe that your children belong to you rather than the State, please take some action about the following information:

1. Parents are not allowed to punish a child in any way for actions or words which might be contrary to the beliefs, opinion or standards of the parents. (Article 12)

2. Parents are not allowed to place any restrictions on what a child sees, reads, is taught at school or experiences in any way. (Article 13)

3. Parents are not allowed in any way to influence a child's choice of morality or religion. (Article 14)

4. Parents are not allowed in any way to influence a child's choice of associates. (Article 15)

5. Parents are not allowed to intrude into the privacy of the children. In other words they can be free to do what they like in their bedrooms. (Article 16)

6. The Media (not the parents) is charged by the State to look after the spiritual, social and moral well being and the physical and mental health of the child. (Article 20)

7. Parents are not allowed to smack their children (Article 19)

8. The State (not the parent) will have the final say in what is in the best interests of the child (Article 20)

If you do not want to relinquish your rights to guide, influence and educate your children in the way God has commanded and in accordance with the Divine right vested in you then please do what you can to alert the parents of this Christian nation to the above.

We could debate the religion aspect of this all day and night until we are blue in the face and never agree. There is alot more to this referendum than religion for example a lady was arrested on Thursday night (25th October) in Carlow as she refused to immunise her child, her child was placed directly into the care of social services for this one action. The only reason she was released was she made a phone call and some of her friends and relatives contacted people on her behalf who drove from Cork to Carlow and started protesting outside where she was being held. The only reason she was release was because of 42.5 if we allow this to be changed in any way we give up our freedom to choose what is best for our children.
Also you might want to take a look at an article from the Irish Daily Mail on September 24th 2012 "Vote yes and one phone call will be all it takes to lose your child" page 12

If was first from my knowledge an Irish priest in his book make yourself an ark which actually describe all the above.
Here is the Youtube Audio of it tranferred from tape.

Very informative and shows people within the church are well aware of the NWO.

The convention has never been ratified. I note Alive - the traditionalist catholic publication was making similar claims in their latest edition.

As far as I know the 'Rights of the child' in this ref are not defined by the UN convention.

Can someone clarify this?

I entirely agree Johnny. This is straight NWO mantra, even the government use the UN wording http://freemanireland.ning.com/video/powerful-paedophile-ring-linke... listen at about 1hr 12 min, Brian says it clear as day. This referendum has nothing to do with children and their welfare, its about UN hegemony. People must wake up to the agenda, in other countries they are, Irish people seem to be asleep at the wheel-must be the fluoride in the water!

It is definately a worring one even if you take the religion aspect out which is an interesting one considering that America can have printed on their notes "In God we trust". Aside from that though this affects everyones right as parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles etc. How can children be left to their own devices with no input allowed from the people who love them. Home schoolers also need to take action on this before their rights are lost forever.

Thanks for not taking offense. This referendum is the most nasty, pernicious and evil of the recent ones, I just thank God that my lad is grown up and out of their reach.

Good point maybe it should have been "If you do not want to relinquish your rights to guide, influence, love and educate your children as any repectable parent would.

Be careful, I understand exactly what you say here, but they will use the wording against you. Base your opposition on something other than 'the way God has commanded and in accordance with the Divine right vested in you'.
