Helen Roedrig of New Mexico is being tortured very very much at the moment. Her torture began in New York in 1991. There is a Blackwater camp very near her in New Mexico and it is very bad. Blackwater Inc is a Halliburton company and Richard Cheney are responsible for her torture. She has physical burns on her from Directed Energy Microwave weapons and this has been documented.
