If anyone want to compress there pdf files and uses Ubuntu as their OS her is how it is done.
Step 1 :
Open up a terminal window.
Make sure zenity and ghostscript are installed. If not, please install them.
Type sudo apt-get install zenity ghostscript, Press Enter
Step 2 :
Type cd ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
wget http://launchpad.net/compress-pdf/1.x/1.1/+download/Compress-PDF-1....
tar zxvf Compress-PDF-1.1.tar.gz
Step 3 :
Locate a PDF file, right click on it. Select "script" and "Compress PDF" on the menu.
A window will popup offering a few compression options, and that's it.
I don't use Windows, but I'm sure there must be a few programs out there that do the same job.

I believe the spelling is Pharaohs.

.
Interview is available for download here (right click and "save link as...") http://www.breakfornews.com/audio/InsideTrackNews051101.mp3
.
The you-tube link for this video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffxY-rcaD7Q and although it is blocked in Ireland, you can still see it (listen to the interview) if your browser has the add-on "Stealthy", which fools you-tube into seeing your location as elsewhere.
