Ben Gilroy and People for Economic Justice serve court papers on Irish government.

On Tuesday 27th March Ben Gilroy, John Squires and 'People for Economic Justice' served a summons on the Irish government to answer charges of illegal activity over the bank bailout. The bailout is illegal under Bunreacht Na hEireann, the Irish Constitution.
It is also illegal under international law.
An injunction was applied for to prevent the payment of a €3.1 billion euro Anglo bond due to be paid this Saturday 31st March 2012.
The judge has given two weeks for the State to respond.

Please support Ben and John and People for Economic Justice in any way you can. The economic situation in Ireland has been caused by illegal activity. Those responsible must be held responsible, and the payments must be stopped.
Fine Gael were elected on the promise of stopping this madness but have not done so.

If someone wants to have a discussion about a banned member they should start another thread or something, and not derail this one further.

Comment by Spirality on April 1, 2012 at 4:26: hi Laoch, it wasn't just a couple of trolling comments that got martin suspended, it was almost every post he ever made that stank of negativity, anger and condescension towards other members here. No one gets suspended for the odd bad choice of words or letting off steam, it is the pattern of destructive behavior that got him suspended.

On the subject of deleted posts, I prefer to leave them as they are so that people can see for themselves what banned members were like. As it is right now, another admin deleted martin's content aswel, I guess to preserve the site's positivity, and as a result I have been taken out of context twice in this thread alone. It is not anyone's fault but it could have been avoided if the information was not removed by a third person.

Comment by Spirality on March 31, 2012 at 17:22: Hi Breda, I understand what you are saying but the anger I was referring to was not from Ben, it was from a member here known as martin, who is no longer a member, and who's comments are now gone - another Admin must have deleted them before you read the thread.

I completely agree with what Ben is doing and I think he should be this country's leader, or at least on an advisory council that would be heard and acted upon.

Since when was it wrong not to feel anger ,its got 1,000s out on the streets today. Ref Ben ,i do not agree that he is leaving negativity behind him. What he has done ,is given people hope. I wonder do you ,any of you understand the anger that is out there. As i have no choice only ,to be in the system because of my age and health.
