cautionary note; it seems that dogs need to get used to eating bones, i would introduce bones to a dog carefully, they need to learn the skills required to eat bone carefully and their stomachs and acids need time to be able to break down the bones sucessfully, if introducing bones to a dogs diet i would use bones that do not splinter into sharp peaces and slowly introduce them, after some time my dogs can eat any bones (full raw chichen) without complication and can digest them into powder in 8 hours naturaly.
some dogs that are not used to eating bones can get complications like wedged bones in the mouth, stomach or anas, if this happens i use parifin oil (medical grade) to unlodge them.
